After 40 years in newspaper publishing, as a reporter, editor, manager and publisher, I joined Milwaukee Film in 2016. I served on the organization's board for several years before becoming staff. Milwaukee Film will begin running a theater in 2018, as well as move into new offices within a film hub building bought by John Ridley, the Oscar winning writer of "12 Years a Slave"
